Yes. In printing, bleed is the area to be trimmed off. For our floor coverings, a bleed of 1 cm on each side is requested. The bleed zone is a zone that is printed, but then cut off in order to obtain a perfect floor covering. We cut precisely with a 2% error margin per running meter.
We print on textile rolls and then cut to the correct size. To make sure you don't have any white borders, you must make your document slightly larger than the original format and let the images or background colour extend over the cutting line, to the bleeding line. You can download the design template of your product configuration to get the correct layout and dimensions for your design.
