What does BI-OME do?

Our floor coverings are treated with BI-OME, a biocide with an antimicrobial and virus reducing technology. BI-OME® is a permanent, non-harmful technology which guarantees an optimal freshness and hygiene for our textiles in the HygienePlus range. Our textiles are treated with the Oeko-tex registered product BI-OME and it penetrates deep into the fibres of our floor coverings.

BI-OME works by effectively killing bacteria when they make contact with the mat. This also stops the development of unpleasant odours. The effect remains active throughout the lifespan of the mat.
